Brew Pub Lotzza Motzza Sausage and Pepperoni Frozen Pizza

My coworker gave me a hot tip on a Zoom meeting the other day, she said Lotzza Motzza frozen pizzas look super under-rated but are actually amazing. I had never heard of them before, and hadn't seen them at Target where we usually shop. When COVID got really bad we started doing Kroger grocery pickup and I found Lotzza Motzza on the app. It looks super low budget but that's because all the money goes into the high quality cheese - they are serious about their cheese!

This is the Lotzza Motzza sausage and pepperoni frozen pizza. You can already tell while it is still frozen that the cheese quality is superior. Say goodbye to the other toppings because they're about to disappear under this blanket of real cheese when it melts.

The toppings were decent too and survived the freeze coming out fresh tasting, but it was really all about the cheese. The crust was deceptively thin and cracker like but not in a bad way. The sauce is slightly acidic and thin.

In my opinion the crust and sauce are pretty forgettable, but the cheese leaves an impression. It smells fresh and shimmers in a gooey coating edge to edge. It's not every day you can get a cheese pull video from a frozen pizza you make in your own oven. Check out this video I posted to Instagram:
